At The Tease, we deeply respect the education and dedication required to become comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. However, we also recognize that the path to becoming comprehensively certified is a significant journey of both time and financial investment. While many of our team members have completed the full 500+ hour comprehensive pilates training, we do not require certification on specialized equipment that isn’t utilized in our group sessions. For instructors focusing on our group offerings, we require 300+ hours of certification specifically for the Mat and Reformer. All of our staff’s training align with the National Pilates Certification Program, the gold standard of Pilates certifications, ensuring you receive safe, expert, high-quality instruction in every class.

The Brains behind the Beauty!
Kenzie’s movement journey dates back to her childhood as an active member of the competitive dance world. While attending a studio that frequently offered Pilates to its students, her love for the practice grew vividly, leading her to continue both her dance and Pilates careers throughout her undergraduate college experience. Shortly after graduating, Kenzie trained and obtained her first certification as a Barre instructor, discovering a passion for moving to the beat of the music while focusing on her fitness and health goals.
Finding her footing as a fitness instructor quickly led Kenzie back to the world of Pilates. As a former athlete, she sought a practice that would both challenge and support her body long-term after years of injuries and ailments. Transitioning from client to instructor has been an igniting experience that has truly come full circle. Today, Kenzie has compiled numerous fitness certifications, including Barre3®, ABT® Barre, Barre Intensity®, and Breath Education® Matwork and Reformer, and she is currently completing her Comprehensive Certification through The Mixed Method®, with chair, tower, and barrel credentials expected in 2026.

Meet Marieme!
Bringing the high-energy and sporadic spirit of a rabbit to every session! Marieme keeps you on your toes with Reformer Pilates and Barre moves that ensure you never know her next move. She loves adding “extra spice” to the workout with a curtsy lunge at the barre or the challenge of a Pilates jack knife, almost always incorporating her favorite prop: the barre ball. When she isn’t dreaming of the fast-paced energy of New York City, you can find her fueling up with an iced matcha latte, with a splash of lavender, if she’s feeling extra frisky. Marieme’s fitness certifications include NEU Pilates® Reformer and Mat Certification and Barre Intensity®.
Meet Livy!
Bringing the vibrant and “pretty in pink” energy of a flamingo to the reformer, Livy is here to help you find your strength and grace in every session. Her favorite way to challenge your core and mobility is with a classic spine twist, often incorporating the Magic Circle, her go-to prop for that extra burn. When she isn’t at the studio, you can find her sipping on a coconut mocha latte or planning her next trip to the bustling streets of London. Livy’s fitness certifications include Club Pilates® Comprehensive Certification.


Meet , Monica!
As a dedicated Barre and mat Pilates instructor, Monica brings a multifaceted approach to the studio! Combining the observant nature of an owl, the strength of a tiger, and the calm, loving energy of a sheep. She loves incorporating weights and the ball into her sessions to keep things challenging and effective. When she isn’t helping clients reach their goals, Monica enjoys a good chai tea and dreams of exploring the beautiful landscapes of Italy and Germany. Monica’s fitness certifications include NEU Pilates® Mat Certification and Barre Intensity®.
Meet Kelly!
Bringing the lightness and optimism of a butterfly to the studio, Kelly is an open-hearted instructor who strives to bring a sense of positivity and deep connection to every yoga flow. She loves a challenge that sparks full core engagement, so keep an eye out for boat pose or a hollow hold in her sequences! When she isn’t on the mat, she’s likely fueling up with a vanilla oat milk latte and dreaming of a future adventure to Japan.
