Here at The Tease, we offer a variety of intimate-sized, open-level classes where clients can begin or expand their movement practice. We don’t expect Pilates experts, our instructors meet clients where they are.

Class Types
Reformer Classes
Our signature class, ‘Teasers’ Reformer‘ sessions you can expect a modern twist with movements inspired by the original repertoire. This class is all about building off the basic foundations of Pilates movements; focusing on core alignment, fluid motions, and the connection between the mind and body.
Meet our ‘Strength Reformer’ class where Pilates meets strength training! This class takes your traditional Pilates favorites and adds a little Tease! In this class you notice heavier springs, increased time under tension, and compound movements that mimic your every day life!
Mat Classes
In the ‘Teasers’ on the Mat’ sessions, expect a modern twist on the classic mat repertoire. Think OG Pilates movements blended with resistance training and compound exercises. This class merges the foundations of traditional Pilates with modern functional fitness for a safe, effective, full-body workout.
In the ‘Barre Blend’ sessions you can expect a full-body workout blending together principles of Pilates, Ballet, and functional fitness. It’s all about low weight, high reps!
In the ‘Yoga Restore’ sessions you can expect a full body flow! These sessions are guided around breath work and mindful movement, allowing clients to move at their own pace and intensity.
All of our classes are open-level by design.
With small class sizes, our instructors can tailor springs, progressions, and modifications to the bodies and abilities in the room, right in the moment.
