The late cancel window is 12-hours prior to the start of the session.
All no show clients will be charged the late cancel/no show fee of $15.
All purchases are final and cannot be refunded or transferred to another client.
Studio Code of Conduct
1. No late arrivals. Studio Doors unlock 5 min prior to the start of a session and lock once the session begins.
2. Grippy socks are required for all sessions, group or private.
3. At no time should a client’s feet be on the walls or mirrors.
4. Cell phones are prohibited in the studio space. Place phones on silent and leave them in the cubby area.
5. All participants agree to properly clean and sanitize equipment after use.
6. All beverage bottles must have a lid. Open cups such as mugs are prohibited.
7. No beverage bottles are to be sat in the windowsills at any time.
8. Any food brought into the studio must be taken out by the clients.
9. All participants must show respect to themselves and others at all times.
10. All participants must show respect to studio and equipment at all times.
Failure to uphold studio policies will result in client termination and cancellation of remaining packages.
