All session booking are handled through the MINDBODY application. You can access the MINDBODY.com website from a computer, or download the MINDBODY app on your mobile device.

The Tease MVMT is located along South River Rd, on the side of the building by the sidewalk.

Clients may park in either parking lot.

The entrance to the studio is located in the middle of the two parking lots, along the sidewalk.

Wear comfortable, form fit clothing with your hair pulled back.

Bring a filled water bottle and grippy socks.

All workout equipment is provided by the studio. Clients are welcome to bring their own yoga/pilates mat if desired.

Pilates movements, as well as Barre and Yoga, are customizable to every body type and fitness level. From ages 17-70, post surgeries and recovering injuries, our workouts are designed to be low-impact and gentle on the body. A challenging workout does not have to be a damaging one.

Pilates is renowned for its focus on core strength and flexibility. Our Pilates sessions are designed to:

Barre is a unique blend that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Our Barre sessions are designed to:

Tone and Sculpt: Experience a full-body workout that combines traditional ballet technique with functional large range movements. Barre targets all major muscle groups, leaving you feeling lean and strong.

Improve Posture: Strengthen your core and improve posture, reducing the risk of back pain and enhancing your overall grace and poise.

Enhance Flexibility: Barre movements help you become more flexible, giving you a greater range of motion and preventing injury.

Yoga is a holistic practice that incorporates breathing, exercises, and meditation. Our Yoga sessions are designed to:
